Mapping
Whether in the lab, cold room or freezer, measurement is not the same in all areas. Thanks to our mapping tool, you know where the warmest spot, the wettest area or the noisiest place is, so that the measuring devices can be placed correctly to ensure the highest possible quality of the measurement data. Mapping data can be stored in the application and is easily retrievable when needed.
Calibration
Measuring instruments are precision instruments that require regular maintenance to maintain their reliability. Therefore, although our instruments have excellent long-term stability, we recommend that the probes be calibrated regularly. In addition, more frequent calibration may be required if the test solutions are used in dirty or contaminated environments. Measurement errors can lead to significant product damage during production and storage. We will be happy to advise you on the ideal service and will also come to your premises for calibrations.

Installation
We design integrated network environments and install the sensors according to your requirements and mapping. Our professional installation ensures stable values and outputs. Thanks to our in-house rapid prototyping process, it is even possible to produce sensor mounts in all variants tailored to your needs.
Validation
Customers from the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, logistics and many other areas have to meet the requirements of various regulatory authorities. FDA, ISO, GxP or GAMP are internationally recognized standards, regulations and practices for validation of companies and their environment. We ensure that all our solutions meet these requirements.

Monitoring
Our monitoring system was developed in close cooperation with a leading global pharmaceutical company and a renowned sensor manufacturer in Switzerland. The application is FDA CFR 21 part 11, EU annex 11 and GAMP compliant. We are happy to support you and your employees during the qualification and validation process.
Maintenance
When customers choose one of our measurement solutions, they will quickly realize that they are working with sensors that offer a major advantage: Long-term stability and accuracy. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that the devices are regularly checked and maintained. All our customers rely on fast, high-quality and solution-oriented support from Computare.
